As a driving school we remain focused on what are our core skills and objectives to ensure we consistently meet only the highest of standards within the driver training industry. In order that we maintain our standard of service, Class Maneouvres shall only provide fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency (DSA) approved driving instructors. Class will not provide part qualified and part trained instructors. Therefore:

Class Manoeuvres shall provide each client with an individual practical training course designed to match his or her specific needs, beginning with the first practical on road driving lesson, through to test. We offer to continue practical driving development specifically through the Pass Plus scheme, including motorway training.

All Class trainers are fully qualified and Approved Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Driving Instructors. They display in their windscreen the 'green' approved driving instructor badge.

Instructors shall provide appropriate and positive feedback during each training session, recording their client’s continuous personal development on class documents that are linked to the official Driving Standards Agency syllabus. These documents show clearly the level of our clients' achievements at each of the 43 driving skills.

Each training session shall be conducted strictly on an individual basis, honoring the full 120 minutes booking period, or multiples thereof. Training sessions shall be conducted in 3 stages, beginning with an introduction through to the practical training objectives whilst being summarised with a detailed analysis and record of client development and achievement.

Training sessions shall be conducted in a presentable, modern, clean and properly maintained dual controlled car fitted with air conditioning.

Instructors shall advise and recommend the appropriate time to apply for the practical driving test administrating the booking at client request.

Instructors shall endeavor to be on time at the agreed meeting point, subject to circumstances that are either unforeseen or beyond the Instructor’s control.

Instructors shall aim to provide two-working days (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) notice should a training session need to be rescheduled subject to circumstances beyond the Instructor’s control.
